Payment Policy

This payment guide explains authorization, available checkout methods, and transaction support.

Orders proceed to processing only after successful payment authorization. Credit and debit card payment is available; only the methods actually enabled for the order and shown at checkout are offered.

A payment provider may authorize, review, decline, or request additional verification for a transaction. Provide accurate billing information; high-risk, incomplete, or unverifiable transactions may be delayed or canceled.

This page does not store complete payment card numbers. Card declines, chargebacks, disputes, authorization holds, and exchange-rate questions generally require assistance from the card issuer or payment provider.

If a refund is approved, it is normally returned through the payment method used for the purchase. The Refund Policy describes eligibility and the 10-day processing period after approval.
